That'd be cool to see. I just saw them 3 days ago doing the "wide awake" songs, and it was great :) <3

i havent even bothered to buy wide awake yet, probably because im getting sick of all this acoustic emo..... this is the only bright eyes cd i've listened to for a while now.... hm... yeah..... but i already got my tickets for the show at the soma like.... 4 days after they went on sale.... they were freaking expensive but..... i did realize that the faint was above bright eyes on the tickets..... which i though was cool i prefer the faint over bright eyes.... i also heard that some rapper was the opening act.... lame
I know Her Space Holiday is the opener for the Seattle dates, and I would assume others as well...which makes this concert that much better

no. well, i switch back and forth. i like how country tinged wide awake is, so i guess it depends on my mood. but lately i've been liking digital ash more.
i bought my ticket the day they went on sale since i heard new york sold out all five shows within five minutes...just over $37. his prices have gone up ten dollars just since i saw him last year.
openers:
her space holiday = may 4-8
mars black (the team love rapper) = May 11-31
Airborn Audio = June 1-10
And then there should be more dates announced soon.

Go to www.saddle-creek.com, click tours, scroll down to Bright Eyes and click the buy ticket link next to the NYC date of your choice.
I am so happy the saturday show is 18+, I will hopefully be able to enjoy Bright Eyes this time without any screaming little girls.

last time he came to the 9:30 club it was amazing. he played from wide awake and a lot of older stuff too. then when he played "when the president talks to god" he said "let's play this loud enough so they can hear it all the way across town!"
it was a great show.
i didn't like 'digital urn' as much, but i'm going anyway.

What I want to know is why he has to play two shows in seattle and no shows in spokane.

NO. I prefer it much better as well. It hits the spot.
i think digital ash is way worse than wide awake, im still going bc the faint ar always good, but none of his albums compair to fevers and mirrors, and for the record i think lifted is weak, but letting off the happyness isnt, untill wide awake i thought the popularity of fevers had gone to his head, but he proved it didnt

it's alway a good idea to check the venues site, in addition to the record label. if you search webster hall, their site comes right up and you can find the link to buy the tickets [through ticketweb] easily.
that's really werid though, people said all the shows were sold out already. a few have even tried buying extra tickets off people already in the saddle creek lj community because of it. hm.

Word, I didn't know you still commented on these boards.
Well good to see there are a few people who prefer Digital Ash over the other....But I doubt that as many would agree with me in the desire to see The Faint be the headliner for this tour. I guess I just like them better is all.
