Yeah, that will be more difficult since it's the pre-order bonus track.

Someone must have it. The album was pre-ordered by a lot of people; it must have been because it got to #40 in top albums before it's release.

Alone Again and also the video "Orchestra Featurette" were b-sides on the slotMusic download.

Both 'Here I Sit' and 'Alone Again' are nowhere on the internet. No torrents, no YouTube vids, no sign of them on LimeWire. Someone must have them, though?

Make a wordpress. That's where I have my Kevin Devine audio blog and it's been up for over a year and a half. No problems with anyone. But, you have to be careful with posting major label material.

I've seen WordPress sites get shut down as well. It's just probably that Kevin and the other people involved in his music don't care as much to take any action (also, he's even linked to the site in a blog).

We shouldn't do anything when any label or artist asks us to take stuff down, except take it down. There's not really much else to dispute with them without risking the whole blog and even possible legal action.

Also, Kevin Devine has had releases on a number of labels. Though not quite major, I'm more than sure they could take action if they wanted to. There aren't any artist we could 100% say we can post anything we want.

I'm on a Mac and had that same problem using Stuffit Expander. I got sick and tired of passwords never working, so I downloaded a program called Zipeg (free) and it works every time. Never had a password problem with it. You might want to try it.

I'm downloading the MP3s of it now to check out if the quality is better than the ones I was sent a few years ago. Thanks for taking the time to rip it/de-click it and upload for us :D

I went to their page and it wasn't there, but I was able to get the song anyway using the link to listen to it on my home page. apparently it was only up for a few hours? it sorta sounds like a demo.

I know that's the one I used to have. After using Wikipedia enough their info on singles isn't usually correct. I have been downloading a lot of singles lately to get b-sides and such and many of the songs aren't listed on Wikipedia. I guess its because different countries get different stuff

I don't particularly want to get into the middle of this shit, but I have to say that I completely agree with you. If the label requests that nothing from a certain band gets posted, we should just let sleeping dogs lie. There is really no reason to pursue it further, at least not as a collective. If somebody wants to do it on their own, then they can take that risk. But as far as our association with the blog, I want to keep it as straight and narrow as possible. Labels can be ruthless and I do not want to be dragged into a legal battle because we disagree with the label's decision to bar us from posting certain music.

I'm pretty sure I have everything Cold ever released. I'll send you a list of what I have and you can see if you're missing anything. I don't recall a specific 'Acoustic EP' but they did release several radio appearances and whatnot that were performed acoustically.

Do you know the status of Scooter's new project - The Witch (is that what it's called now?) or the Cold reunion?

I have the Anberlin 7" vinyl with the Blame Me! Blame Me! Remix on it. I have no way to play it or see if it is different than the track on the disc. It is supposedly 2:57 long.

If someone is willing to do the work to post it, I would be willing to send it to them to keep. I have no need for it. If you are interested, please pm me. I would love to hear this track and have others hear it.
