The House of Heroes upcoming self-titled album is due out April 26th and the band has released an ecard (http://www.gotee.com/ecards/houseofheroes/hoh_main.php). Not only does it include the video, it also has tour dates, 5 audio streams from the album, the official site link, some downloadable goodies and a link to their digital street team site.

totally... these guys are going to be huge. and i agree, mercedes baby was way better in its original/pure form.

The album is SOOO good.... I've been listening to it nonstop for a while, and I hope it goes over with everyone else equally as well.

This will be one of the top ten releases of 2005, no doubt about it, they leave for tour friday and its all midwest, with The Fold (Tooth and Nail) and Chasing Victory (MonovsStereo), if you get a chance to go...GO! and say hi to me...ill be there!

Haha, I'm happy that you pay attention Tate. This band deserves alot more attention especially with their new album becasue it kills the term "sophomore slump". CHECK THEM OUT EVERYONE!

It's nice to see House of Heroes pumped on this site! They are a great band and have gone through alot of stuff the past few years (Various labels and such). I'm waiting for the new album.

Their first cd was under the name "No Tagbacks" and was released back in 2000. Same three guys. Released on Fourdoor www.fourdoor.com

house of heroes. is this the first time they've been mentioned on this site? this brings to mind a few things:
1. i last saw this band live about a year and a half ago, i honestly thought they had broken up or soemthing becuase after that they released some demos on their site and just disappeared.
2. who the hell releases a song on a full-length and then re-records it for ANOTHER full-length? are you even allowed to do that?
3. they will probably put more old songs on this new album becuase when i saw them they said they didn't like any of their old songs so they changed them all and some of them, minus to lyrics, were almost unrecognizable.
4. i've been listening to the demo of "friday night" for like a year now and i'm glad i will get to a hear an actual good quality version.
