Of the people that are attending this, what hotels/motels are you all staying in?
I'm staying in the "38 Motel." It sounds kind of sketchy, but its cheap!

Everything in Asbury Park is seedy. I don't know where I'm staying...or if I'm deff going yet.

Can't you just camp out there?
If you enjoy being shanked by a hobo
Not really a festival feel really, is it though? Having a day partying and drinking to great bands, and then going back to a hotel for a nice night's rest?

Yeah, I see your point, but if you've ever been their (by the way, have you?) you'd understand it's REALLY not a place you'd want to camp out.
And if you have been to Asbury Park and are saying this, you've got balls my friend.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't want to camp out at Asbury. I suggest you find a cheap hotel instead.
Wow, sounds like a shady place the amount of people who aren't willing to do it

Take a look for yourself

By the way, Tillie (the big face) and the building he was painted on have since been torn down, leaving the place even more desolate.
Woah, that's pretty creepy. Why the hell are they having the festival there? Because it's cheap?

Probably because it has the facilities, the Convention Hall is huge, has three seperate rooms, and is actually quite beautiful (in its day at least, today its falling apart). Also, since there's nobody there I doubt they need any kind of noise permits and whatnot.
I wonder if a giant army of hobos will try and stop it all, and it will end up being a 3 day war between bums and scenesters
If so, someone video it

If it comes to that, I assure you, there will be a video tape coming your way
