tough choice between Congo and The Great Train Robbery. Jurassic Park was a good movie but not his best book.

Oh man, I grew up on this guy's material. Seriously from about 13-15 years old he was the only author I read. I'm almost positive I've read everything on this list, and I'm going to have to go with Eaters of the Dead. That book creeped the shit out of me.

Apparently his final book will be posthumously released next year.

You're missing a lot of his best books: Disclosure, Terminal Man, Rising Sun.

I picked Jurassic Park -- it's his best, but I've read them all and Sphere is very close.
