Funeral For A Friend (www.ffaf.co.uk) have announced that they will be releasing "Streetcar" as a single on May 30th, ahead of their new album Hours, which was produced by Terry Date.

Cant wait for this one. In an interview, Matt said that 'hours' is gonna have a more progessive and natural sound, its gonna be more melodic and will have less screaming than 'casually dressed'.

i liked the songs on the more screamy side, im sure it will still be good though

lol i love this song.

i seem to love all songs called "streetcars" seems to be a name for awesome songs

this one and ATFEH's "streetcar" which is my favoirte by them as well haha i love it

Is not that fast really, their album was released a fairly long time ago in the UK (13/10/03 according to the huge poster by my bed!) so it will have been a good nineteen months since that was out. You lucky people in the US just got it a lot later than we did, I think. Still, more FFAF material cant be a bad thing!

more melodic? casually dressed... was already far more melodic than i'd expected having heard the previous stuff, im not really sure how they can get much more melodic without becoming rubbish. don't get me wrong, i liked casually dressed but i think they do better on songs with a slightly harder edge, like 'rookie of the year'.
