Why is it that they build earphones so badly...I just got my personally most expensive pair over Christmas and last night, they broke. Sigh. Its ALWAYS like that...and I hatae buying real shit earphones because the quality bugs me. :(

Just save up the money to buy a good pair its well worth it. I just bought some Bose headphones for 119.00 and they are so freaking good. they don't have noise cancelling or anything but since it covers your entire ear if you have music playing you don't hear anything around you. I hear certain sounds on all my cd's that I never knew existed before I bought these.

I think the apple ear buds sound good compared to some others that you get with walkmans. But yeah Alex I know what you mean, I've had loads of expensive headphones break on me.

You all need to learn the power of warranty or have you not heard of that. I bought these super expensive headphones and broke them. Did I cry about it...nope...had a lifetime warranty on the bad boys...shipped them in...got some brand new ones.

I never break headphones. I just get new ones when I'm sick of the old ones. Usually because they are very uncomfortable.

I'm on my third pair of them now in the last like..4 years, and I absolutely love them. I abuse the fuck out of 'em, and they just roll on. I've even saved the ones I've broken, because they all were decorated with different stickers, and I have like..sentimental attachment to them. lol.

They look an awful lot like the $11 dollar foamy cushy headphones you can get from Target or something, but I assure you, they are so much more comfortable, fit infinitely better, and have a much better sound quality. They are like..the very upper level of those crappers. Or maybe the very bottom rung of the next price leap.

Both pairs of headphones I have make me hurt after a while. I have those ones that go behind the head and after wearing them for a little while it pushes on my skull behind my ears and starts to hurt. My ear bud I have for my iPod hurt me after a while too and that was even when I had the little covers on them. I want to get the ones that completely cover your ears.

That makes it sound wrong. They are super hella reliable. Every one that has gone back, has been because I somehow TOTALLY destroyed them. None of them even remotely wore down. They are awesome. The point I was trying to make, was that I always break headphones, but that I keep buying these same ones over and over cuz i love 'em.
