soooooo basically they want us to book their whole tour. Fuck that. Get a booking agency if you don't want to do it yourself.

You obviously don't understand what it takes. Especially when you are in a new band, it's not that easy to book your own tour, and a booking agency isn't cheap either. Use your head a little bit. What is wrong with asking for help?

I have been there, I am trying to book shows in my city now, and no, it is not easy.

i try not to reply to threads, when people respond, but i felt the need to respond to this one. no we arent asking for anyone to book our entire tour, its just an attempt at recieving help, i have sent close to 100 e-mails to all sorts of venues and booking agency's already, i booked our tour last summer, and it took me 3 months to do so, booking is not an easy thing to do especially when the majority of the shows aren't on weekends. we arent signed, so it is a lot harder for us to go through a booking agency than if we were, and we don't really have that kind of money right now. so if you don't want to help then that's cool, i don't expect many people to reply that actually do, but it's definately not as easy as you think it is.

We all know dude, trust me.. I try to help out as much as I can. The kid that is probably saying that has never been apart of a band, or has just started one.
