I used to be an assistant Network Administrator at a place. I'm trying to remember what we used over there. I know its 8080. I'll get back to you.

Trying going google, search for "ip converter" then select one and type in it the website you want to go to and it will transfer it to #'s then paste it in your browser. Might work.

https://secure.ceteranet.com/cgi-bin/nph-index.cgi/000000A/http/
where it cuts off at cgi-bi, right after the bi it says n/nph-index.cgi/000000A/http/
try that, because it seems like your link is including those dots, just right click mine and hit copy shortcut maybe.
