So not only are Further Seems Forever playing here Saturday night (thanks to BYX (blah)) but John McCain is giving the commencement speech. Oh man I'd love him to do that when I graduate. OK get this. It would have cost me the same to go to UofA as a resident as it does for me to go to OU as out of state. The only difference is that I could have gotten almost a full ride to UofA and my folks live in Tucson now.

why did you go out of state for ou if you dont mind me asking?
No I don't mind at all. I'm studying meterology (the weather) and Oklahoma was the best choice, plus my instate schools don't offer it.

I was in Tucson over break and I thought it was awesome but I was in the ritzy part of town cuz that's where my folks apartment was. I dunno what the nightlife is like there but here it's dull. It's lame. Most of the kids go home for the weekend.

Awesome. Yeah if you have 24 hours of meterology credit, you should be good. I think the number is 24. But I'd rather just go for the degree. They said I could get a degree in Hydrology but that's 0 use to me.
