Drag and drop your WAV file into Microsoft Word. Then underneath it in bold, size 12 Times New Roman font, type "convert to mp3, please."

I have iTunes, how do I do it?

go to 'edit' then 'preferences' . click on the 'importing' tab: at the top it says 'import using...'. change that to mp3. click 'ok'.

then in the library, find the song [in wav] that you want to convert. right click, then go to 'convert selection to MP3'.

Alrighty, I figured it out. Thanks everyone. Does anyone know a good, free, small file, recording program? Here's what I'm doing: I have some live videos, that I would like to listen to in the car, so I am recording them, and then ripping them into mp3 files. But I'm using the shitty Sound Recorder Program. And it only lets you do 60 second clips, so that blows. Know of any good programs, that isn't a huge file?
