the other band is a change of pace, and they may be lacking on cd, but they are amazing live. emanuel could be better, but they are still awesome. treos cancelled on us so i didnt see them, and senses fail was good as usual. great show, u should be excited

Okay I have to say it...if you like TREOS check out The Cadence...they're from my hometown and the same area as TREOS. They play shows together and kick massive similar ass.

The breakdown at the end of Cross Your Fingers is incredible.

A Change Of Pace are seriously everything this "scene" DOESN'T need right now, style wise. They would've been good in like 2001/2002, it's just fucking old now.... atleast in my opinion. Hopefully they'll get their own sound and style some day but until then, huge thumbs down.

Agreed, 200% percent. Cheap Thursday rip-off, and I do mean rip-off.

Oh yeah...You're a rip off of Alternative Press and their opinions of A Change of Pace. In case you were wondering though...you could use a better band than Thursday as a comparison...the Thursday rip-off AP was referring to is only one guitar part in one song. I don't particularly like the band myself but there are a lot of bands they more closely rip-off altogether than Thursday. I think overall they're pop-punk...with a little rock in some intros and such...and Thursday is by no means pop-punk. I think calling them The Starting Line/Finch rip-offs would be a little more correct than Thursday. Unless of course you're talking about the one part AP was referring to where the rhythym guitar mimics a Thursday song...in your defense though....they do rip-off quite a few bands overall.

actually, i dont read alternative press, at all, i thought of that by listening to a change of pace's purevolume and thinking that the song is an actual rip off of thursday songs, and the second is the same. it's really blatant and obvious if you know what you're listening for.

just wanted to let the tennessee folks know that treos didn't cancel the show down there. they are mistakenly listed on the whole senses fail tour on sf's site. they are only playing from pa thru rochester, ny. 5 shows total. make sure you check them out, and make the release shows if you can. thanks.

In my opinion, This band fucking sucks, there, I said it. It's a fucking cheap rip off of THE SCENE and EVERY BAND THAT'S POPULAR. They're taking out dated stuff that was successful in 2002 and recycling it in attempts to use the same tricks that were used when the music was actually truthful, two years ago. It's fucking lame and it's garbage. I get absolutely no satisfaction out of hearing theese guys' songs and If I were to listen to them, I'd rather just pop in an emotionally honest album from 2001/2002 and listen to that. This stuff is dry and empty of all feeling...It blows, and for once, Scott Heisel at Alt Press was 100% correct... he hit the nail right on the head.

I agree when you're talking about a live show...but I was referring more to their recordings...keep in mind some kids in The Cadence aren't even 18 yet.

I was agreeing with that...I was just calling out the kid who was calling them rip-offs when he ripped-off what someone else said.
