I need help with the supreme fun and happy CD

Ok, give me some suggestions for some happy driving music, I've looked at some lists here and they seem pretty sad sack as far as driving CD's go. I'm going for songs in the vein of Bright Spring Morning by Suburban Legends, Sell Out by Reel Big Fish, the Last Song by All American Rejects. Fun, almost poppy stuff. Any suggestions would be great!

THE HIGH SPEED SCENE!
They're like a 3 piece Weezer with 2 and a half minute songs and the F-bomb alot. You'll be singing along at the top of your lungs before you're even done with one track.
They have a common thread of bycycles running throughout. A track to check out first is the IROC-Z song, followed by Fuck and Spend. One of the happiest and most refreshing listens in a long while.
