Ok.. read carefully, sorry for the misundertsanding, but just read.

"They will be doing a headlining tour in July, after their current tour with JamisonParker/Mae wraps up"... that is how it was meant to be interpretted. sorry.

I enjoyed The Academy Is... on the Fueled by Ramen and Friends tour w/ Fall Out Boy. Although neither of the other bands really appeal to me all that much.

I asked Bill Beckett the other night. Mae/JP is West Coast only, after the FBR tour. Then in July, they're going with Plain White T's, Days Away, and June (who Bill highly recommends), which is going to be mostly East Coast. Then they're hitting Warped Tour for a while.

maybe its because they are a really hard working band.
maybe when someone says something like you just did, they take that and maybe work harder to make you think that they are 'such a good band.'

Yeah, they work their asses off. They're also really good to their fans. If people had been standing outside to talk to him (William) until 2 or 3, I think he'd have stayed. I talked to him about all sorts of things, and he's just a great guy. And you can't help but love their stage presence.

The vocals were down a little too much, I thought, but he gets everyone into it.

That's gonna be one fucking awesome tour. I'm not sure what I think of Days Away, really. But The Academy Is.. rocks my face off, PWT's are so fun live and June are great, as well.

No he/she is not. Although I recommend you stay for at least days away and then leave. I agree with the person who doesnt like the academy is, its not very fun listening to bands that are blatant ripoffs of other bands. Oh and to the person who tried to give reasons such as theyre a hardworking band and such, that doesnt make up for talent there's HUNDREDS of other bands who get no respect out there or a fanbase. The only reason the academy is.....popular is because fall out boy has taken them on tour so much and been like a big brother to them and their recommendation of them floats into the kid's heads like gospel. Finally, this tour isnt west coast only its midwest to west because I'm seeeing it in Columbus.

Originally they stated that they'd play here w/ Punchline on May 31, but in the recent tourdates it was scratched... I hope they put it back. It sucks, first I'm looking forward to this tour, and then it skips SLC, and then I look forward to The Academy Is and Days Away, and then they skip SLC...

The first time I actually had heard of June was a week after they played here, and they haven't been back since.... haha. I just gots the bad June luck.
