There aren't that many...or is there?

Anyway two franchises that come to mind...The Matrix and Blade.

Blade 1 and 2...awesome fucking movies....especially Blade 2. These were movies I hold very dear in my list of "movies that just kick your ass all over the place" You would think that the guy who wrote all three movies would be a good director for 3. Man...did he fuck up. Blade 3 was such a damn joke. Replacing everything that was badass about Blade with fuckin lame ass Van Wilder, Ipod, and some tits. It only hurts more knowing that there will be no fourth movie to recorrect everything the third messed up.

The Matrix...the first film is one of the greatest ever...that can't be denied. Now if only they would have released the other two films a little different. If they would have took in all the feedback from the second movie and then wrote the third...maybe the third would have been better. But.... :headshake I say no more for on that one

The first Matrix I agree was awesome and the 2nd was alright but the 3rd relied WAY to heavily on CGI so that's why it sucked. the same thing happened with Superman the 3rd and 4th movies you just have to wonder what the hell they were thinking. Oh and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when they go back in Time to Feudal Japan.

what are you talking about everyone hated tmnt 3.. it was horrible, the turtles were goofier then ever, the story was gay, it sucked. back to the future 3 kinda sucked too.

I'm not too sure of it's sexual preference...but I do know the story wasn't that bad.

i'm tempted to say the scary movie trilogy, the 1st and 2nd were good but the 3rd is so bad that it could place it into a "Shitty Trilogy's" Category all by itself

I know it's not a trilogy but Rocky 5 was lame and now their making a 6. People can't just leave well enough alone. And the new start wars movies catch alot of shit for some reason but I haven't been dissapointed yet.

There are four 3 Ninjas movies. I've only seen the original and 3 Ninjas Knuckle Up... I used to love the original as a kid... but Knuckle Up is just ridiculous. My favorite quote is "Wow, Indians!".

Agreement on the Scream trilogy.

I love Scream 2, but Scream 3 was awful. However, Jamie Kennedy's death pisses me off to this day some five+ years later. Seriously, he was one of the greatest movie characters ever.

the second one was no where near as good as it should have been. i love scooby so it doesn't matter.
