Not the dessert, although cake is certainly deserving of a thread of its own as well.

I'm not too sure if people on here are too big on them/familiar with their stuff but I dig 'em. Searched and all I got was threads in general forum about food. And cake farts.

Really fun band. I have Eagle, and it has some solid tracks on there. The lyrics aren't so hot, but the music is good.

ive argued with people before about this....but I feel like Cake is the most unique type of band out there today. It's one of those bands that I cant pin point a genre, cant pin point a sound, and yet a lot of people have no idea who they are. But, they have a huge following all the time.... them and they might be giants made my music taste today.

Awesome band. I don't actually have any of their albums, although I've heard most of their stuff because some of my friends are obsessed. And they put on a great live show, definitely see them if you get the chance.

listened to this song this morning, and most of Comfort Eagle last night. good stuff for sure.

one of my favorite bands. prolonging the magic was one of the first "rock" cds i got and was my favorite for a long time. then i grew more fond of fashion nugget. all of the albums are good though. great band.

I only know one Cake song, "Let Me Go". My mom played it so much one summer than I ended up loathing it completely.
