Very untrue. They are most certainly the two best characters, but the entire show is filled with brilliant characters, whether they are major or minor. Each of the 4 main characters have such an amazing personality...You should start watching it, it's a great show

OK basically George is based on Larry David's life in New York and so Jason Alexander is playing Larry David

Curb your Enthusiam is about Larry David's life in California

The only difference is name and location

They took the same character and used a different person

it would be like saying the short lived "Joey" is about Joey's life in LA they took the charater and moved its location,
If they changed the name it would be the same shit

Kramer may be the best character in TV history. While they were all great, Kramer is like the embodiment of humor. George did a lot of hilarious shit, but the thing about Kramer is that he didn't need to do anything to be funny. The sheer absurdity of his existence was good enough.
