Yeah, thats exactly what is happening to me right now. I texted this girl I met last night about an hour and a half ago...and now I am trying to study for an exam but its impossible. I just keep staring at the phone.

If you were able to carry on your life before texting this person I think you can carry on during. Just do whatever you would normally do.

Yeah it sucks, but the more you center your life around it the more it will. Savor how much you enjoy talking to this person instead of agonizing between texts. Or just call.

sameee. if I'm waiting to hear from a boy, I have to distract myself or it seems like forever and it's like agonizing. or else I might end up texting them again and then when they do respond they're pissed off.

does anyone else think texting is just ridiculous. for the sake of practical means I can see it being incredibly useful but in this situation, i'll guess i'll just never understand.
