Good Wii games?

I know there's probably a thread somewhere, but nothing active in the first few pages of this forum.

Well, I finally bought a Wii this last weekend, and I want to know what games everyone recommends! I already have Guitar Hero: World Tour, and were definitely buying MarioKart and Lego Batman, and my boss said you can get NES and SNES games with WiiPoints??

Anyway, other suggestions please! Main people playing will be me, as well as a 5 year old.

It's a fighting game with Nintendo characters. Pretty fun to play with friends.

PS3 and XBOX are for people who also think world of warcraft is a good idea.

yeah, the wii is terrible, which is why 2 years after the system was released, you still cant find them on the shelf.

I don't have a lot of wii games but the ones i do have i love and i think are hands down the best ones for the system

...because wii's are the only systems you can find on ebay. good argument. people are way too intense about video games (and abolutepunk). i dont own any video game system. but if im going to play around on one, it definitely is going to be a wii. lots of fun games that you dont have to spend 50 hours on to get anywhere. i have much better and productive things to do with my time than trudge a game of call of war.
