Don't know for sure, but sure looks a hell of a lot like a PRS.

its a schecter. probably c series. not sure which model

PRS does not do block inlays, and their tops are carved much differently than that. If it's a Schecter (which it appears to be) then it is not a current model, as I can't find one with gold hardware (assuming his is stock, though it may not be). Also, I can't find a schecter with that binding on the body. Schecter's got my bet, though. The closest I could find is the C1 Plus, but that has three instead of two knobs.

My brother has almost the exact same guitar, apart from it has a 3-way flip switch rather than a 'slider' bridge switch.

Actually Im pretty sure that this is an ESP. It looks exactly like a Page Hamilton signature, but there a some minor differences. Im putting my money on ESP

D'oh! You're right- definitely an ESP.

That must be modified then, because the Page Hamilton's I have seen don't have two humbuckers.
