I don't really know but I have a friend who goes to a music college and almost all the students there use macs.

MAC definitely MAC. PCs blow when it comes to audio production...
you will need to get into a direct input interface...and some sort of recording program. I have ProTools on my computer and an MBox with 2 preamps...so i just have to plug it in, and configure the program to do it.
you could also in theory, use the micro korg as a midi controller...which you would need a "midi box". its also an input interface that transfers the korg data into digital data that a computer can read.
If you are serious about recording...go to guitar center or sam ash...check out some of the cheaper recording programs. My set-up cost me 600bucks...but it has plugins and its ProTools...
yeah. thats about it. if you have any more questions...reply here or message me or something and i'll try to help!
