My band is playing at the gothic theater on sunday, feb 15th. If you live in denver, or anywhere near, please go! this is a dream come true for my band cuz so many of our influences and other big bands have played there and it would be really nice to get as many people there for us as we can.

my band is called golden ticket and our myspace is myspace.com/wearegoldenticket. If you check us out, listen to "chasing sunsets" and "i miss you" (even though the vocals are a little shakey in it). Damn dude. How did you end up getting on the bill for a show at the Gothic? Who else is on the bill for that night?

I totally know what you mean by playing there being a dream come true. The place itself is quite historical and the fact that many incredible acts have graced that stage, new and old (from Nine Inch Nails back in '91 to Protest The Hero this year). I'm pretty psyched and happy for your band to be doing this, you guys definitely have a great sound going that I find lacking in the local scene around here and I wish the best of luck to everything you guys do from here on out.

what's his band called? i saw that you have at the forefront as one of the bands you like. we did a show with them and saving daylight last month at the pony expresso in larkspur

so far, it's just a bunch of local bands. they didn't tell me which ones though. it's not a battle of the bands or anything, but it sucks cuz we still only get 20 minutes to play, but hey, it's the gothic. i don't care if we only get 1 song cuz it's a dream of mine to play there.

i'm calling the concert promoting company tonight to get other info, so i'll ask if they have a list of other bands
