I voted Dave. I don't think Stephen is that great. Dave wins hands down.

Well said. I think the only reason I would prefer Dave's voice is that Mae is one of my favorite bands of all time. But Steven Christian has an awesome voice, too, and it suits the sound Anberlin has, just the way Dave Elkin's voice fits Mae.

Tough call, but I gotta go with the Anberlin guy. He can make screaming sound catchy as hell. (IE: The Feel Good Drag) Although I do like Mae more as a complete band, but their vocalist is just a tad bit worse than the Anberlin one. Both are crazy talented though.

Stephen is a better singer, hands down. His range just blows Dave out of the water. Dave is perfect for what he does, but Stephen could sing in any type of band he wanted. I just can't see Dave being intense at all, he does the soft-spoken cute emo thing VERY well, but that's about it.

Stephen from Anberlin can do it all. He's more versatile then the guy from Mae. I love both, but Stephen's got the upperhand. The best voice of all is still Reese Roper.
