AP.net favorites The Starting Line (www.startinglinerock.com) and Days Away (www.daysawaymusic.com) will be playing a show tomorrow (Saturday) at Villanova University. From what I understand the show is for students only. You should contact the entertainment board at the school for more info. If anyone finds out more, e-mail me and I will update this post.
students only huh? anyone else see that incredible ted leo show at princeton last night that was supposed to be students only? if that experience taught me one thing, it's that when it comes to shows, if you want to see it bad enough, you can make it happen.
oh yeah, and the new tsl album is a huge improvement over the last one and way better than i was expecting

Got tickets. w00t for hook-ups.

The Starting Line headlining, with Mae and The Suicide Pact opening. Says nothing about Days Away, who is out with Something Corporate, anyway, right now (just saw those two last Tuesday @ Rutgers University).
Anyone know anything about this venue/location? I'm told there's actual assigned "sit-down" seats listed on the tickets... which is rather lame for this kind of show. Do people get up, anyway? Haven't been to Villanova before.

the concert is in the pavilion, which is where our basketball team plays. now, the tickets DO have seats on them, saying Floor and then a row and a seat, and im not sure how theyre doing it, b ut i heard something about it being just general admission with seats being available all around if neccessary

I also go to Nova. Been to shows here before (Ataris, Something Corporate), it's a really good concert atmosphere. Tickets are usually all general admission, and you can sit on the side if you like. I encourage you all to go as the kids at nova dont know shit about these bands, and dont have any idea what kinda of show they are in for.

Mae had to cancel cuz they overbooked or some crap. RUINED my night... Nevertheless, had a good time. Days Away was decently good and TSL was pretty good and their new stuff sounded great even tho no one knew the words... A good night... would have been amazing if Mae played cuz they are way better than TSL.
