Whats wrong with it going to America? I for one think it is awesome and all the American critics have been praising it.

Plus i live right next to the school where it was filmed which is pretty cool.

but i absolutely love it. it's hilarious :-)

and yeah I have heard the US version of kath and kim was bad, i just watch the original still ;)

yeah i thought it might struggle, cause the US tv gods, apparently think theyre public cant get any other humour when apparently they can!! i think HBO should pick up the Oz Kath & Kim, so maybe the US can appreciate it like they deserve to and not be treated like idiots like the tv producers think they are.

I also love how mr. makes the students sing inappropriate songs like I'm a naughty girl with a bad habit for drugs.

if u get the chance try get "We can be heroes", its Chris's show before SHH, is really funny as well, a fictional search for Australian of the Year, had Jaime in it... a character with him as an asian is hilarious, and a where he plays two teenage country boys

Do you guys realise this is actually realistic for most Australian kids who live in not so great areas?
This is pretty much what my class in high school was like
and my cousin who lives like 40km from me says its the same for her too.
but we still all have a good time, lol :)
and we both still get lols from watching this show.

our parents actually saw us watching this and were like :S and we said ummm, what are you talking about THIS I REAL !!!
