The Casting Out, which features the former lead singer of Boy Sets Fire have just self released their debut album. Go Crazy!!! Throw FireWorks!!!

Vocally, you can clear tell its the same guy from BSF, Nathan Gray, but muscially its much poppier and upbeat. And the lyrics aren't the politically motivated stuff of Boy. Its easily one of the funniest albums of the years.

I like anything affiliated with BSF. This band is pretty good, but I'd still rather see a BSF reunion.

I'm with you on both counts. If it weren't for the BSF connection I'd have never listened to this band, but I've got the demo and the e.p. and they're both pretty good.

I do recall seeing it on their merch table at the Fest last year, but I assumed it was that first E.P. they released and thus, didn't purchase it.

words can not explain the new record. its like the perfect mix of BSF energy and the sound of their first two eps. everything that was wrong with the last record (production, too poppy) has been corrected the album.
