I didn't like them b4 casually dressed but I liked the CD and got into them...they didn't tour enough in the US to keep me involved but hopefully I'll love this CD and get to see them....

Well...I've never heard roses for the dead or streetcar...so I won't know the difference between the remix and whatever the original sounded like.

the new issue of kerrang has a short article on ffaf. they go over all of the songs, and roses and streetcar aren't listed as remixes.

even if this band breaks up in 1-2 years no one can complain about a limited discography, this band puts albums out like whoa!

"Bend Your Arms to Look Like Wings" was one of my favortie songs from last year. They nearly stole the show from TBS last Nov. as well. Can't wait to see them on Warped and can't wait for this album.

Remixes I think is freaking people out. They are probably just final versions of the songs, I doubt they are terribly different from the ones that we have.

i concur!. i do like seven ways to scream your name tho. it was a bit more agressive. casually dressed was more melodic, but still great none the less.

looking forward to this.

between order and model ep was AMAZING then 4 ways came out and i was like ermmm tis ok and casually kinda dissapointed me :( but they are amazing live so i better learn there new songs

ffaf is really one of the best bands out there, image-wise and music-wise. i love them soooo much. can't wait until june for their new album. :love:

I really think that FFAF have evolved musically since seven ways. that cd was pure genius; aggression and angst all over. then came casually dressed and it had much less anger, but enough emotion to bridge the gap. Now with their new album, ive only heard Streetcar, and it seems packed with more emotion than casually dressed, though not melancholy emotion. you jsut cant deny the genius of these guys.

Hate to bring an old flame back but.

By remixes it's just tracks that have been well remixed. Not like a normal remix, where someone else does it. But it's just the track has been mixed again. Because Streetcar and Roses we're mixed different for a sampler, which was for radio play. These re-mixes are just the actual tracks, but to fit the album more.
