II was awesome, and i think it was the most epic training montage ever cause not only do you get one, but then you also get another one right after that.

The only one I saw was the one with Mr. T . It's been so so long I don't remember if I liked it. Are they really worth seeing? Its hard for me to watch Slyvester Stallone due to his mumbling and bad acting.

he's a horrendous actor. but 1-4 are actually very enjoyable pieces of film. forgive me for stereotyping, but these are the prototypical 'guy movies'. but, the basic plot is very strong, if not classic. the only thing about these movies i can see people disliking is the acting. check out Rocky's 1 and 2 first. if you like those, go on from there

Haha, that's exactly how I feel. I've always considered the first four as classics, V as just bad and VI as unnecessary (The first part of V, where he returns from Russia is actually worth seeing). After that I like 1, II and IV the most, (I voted for IV because I thought it wouldn't win, but if I knew it was leading, I would have voted for 1), I didn't like some of III, especially the Hulk Hogan part :s

Yeah, you should definitely AT LEAST watch the first one. It did win Best Picture in 1977.
