Berkley!!! Love it, want to bang it. Well no, it is however one of the top music schools in the country. Very expensive though. My bass guitarist is leaving my band this year on scholarship there :(

yeah, i've heard berkley mentioned before as well... some say its better for certain things, but for modern music most people have said MI would be the place to go, and that i'd meet some amazing contacts while out there too which seems kind of important i think...

I refuse to help out until I'm talking to the real Josh. I don't want this fake one getting any ideas.

well since im poor and cant afford to move out.
im going to shoreline communtiy college in seattle next year to audio engineering. im sure youre doing actual music and you dont live near seattle. but yeah. im going there because its the only place i can do audio engineering besides the art institute which is like 30,000 dollars.

Yeah, my bassist told me that after i wrote it. so pardon my horrible spelling Berklee. I'm not going to college for music.

Juliard is not for me, too traditional, thats why im looking at places like MI, more modern and well-known.

New England Conservatory in Boston is a million times better than berklee. There are kids at berklee who can't even read music. I would suggest New England Conservatory or Manhattan school of music for serious musicians.

some of the best musicians can't read music. berklee is a modern music school.
so what if you can't read music? if you're an amazing musician, thats what counts, really.

i've been having trouble with this whole music school thing and i really can't decide. i play oboe.
my teacher really wants me to go to the local music college (potsdam.edu) and it'd be cheaper but i don't know if i want to live at home during college. my parents drive me up the wall.
maybe ithaca (ithaca.edu). i'd never afford it ...
my dream is eastman, it's known for the oboe program and my teacher went there. richard killmer!

The kids I know that go/went there are absolutely ridiculous. And by ridiculous, I really mean some of the best musicians I've heard.
