During the first song of Halifax (http://www.purevolume.com/halifax)'s set at Bamboozle, Adam (guitar) hit his head on the truss on the stage ceiling, due to the stage ceiling being only partially elevated and therefore too low. He played out the shortened set while bleeding profusely during the entire thing. After the set, he was taken to the emergency room to get 18 staples in his head to stop the bleeding and assist in the healing of the wound. Yeah I saw these pictures yesterday and holy crap...that must have hurt! Ouch!

LOL, yes most deffinately. However, hardcore or not, that's gotta suck ass. I hope he's doing alright.

Been there done that. Well obviously not a low ceiling at Bamboozle. It wasn't even a low ceiling, it was a piece of playground equipment and I got 115 stitches. That means I'm more hardcore.

it was pretty disgusting, there was blood all over adam's face.

i attached the photo i took of halifax playing where you can see the blood, and the second is of how low the overhang of the stage was.

Yet another Bamboozle horror story. What an awful time.
I haven't heard one positive comment about the entire fest. Max Cruise can suck it.

WHOA it wasnt all bad....SAOSIN KICKED ASS TWICE ON SATURDAY....and THE RECEIVING END OF SIRENS PLAYED AN AMAZING SET...and thats just too start offf,,,Thrice covering Brand New in their performance was incredible....it was terribly organized but still fun time

Consider yourself the a lottery winner. I wanted to see all of those and I'm sure I would have came away with Bamboozle with a different tone if I had but due to the issues of the festival I wasn't able to.
