Eli's a better quarterback when he doesn't feel like he has to give certain players their touches. He allows himself to get bullied by bigger personalities. That's why he had a lot more success once Shockey went out last year and it's why he's been good this year with Plexiglass being pretty much a non-factor.

Starbury is more trouble then he's worth, Ocho Cinco is more trouble then he's worth but when a guy catches a Super Bowl winning touchdown pass, he's worth it.

Plax has missed 1 team meeting, 1 treatment, gotten injured and now shot. He hasn't been as crazy as it seems.

The only thing he ever did that was objectionable was this past offseason with his trade demands, which didn't really hurt the team in any way. They just suck.

By your logic, there are tons of worthless receivers (who caught TD passes) that automatically pass your "worth" test.

Plax was key in the playoff run for the Giants and without him, who knows.

That's not crazy to you? If you were his coach, you wouldn't be livid with the guy? He's getting paid a shit ton of money, is it too much to ask for a little professionalism in your work? He was valuable last year, but he's become way more trouble than he's worth. And Ocho Cinco is even worse.

Chad Johnson is NOT more trouble than he's worth. Sure, he's made some trade demands and slept through a meeting, but there's plenty of athletes who've done that. Also, he may be having a down year, but that's because he has fucking Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing him the ball. Not his fault that the team's star QB is hurt and the rest of the team is garbage.

actually a while back, i think around the start of the season there was a story about how plax had been fined dozens of times for a bunch of different things but the giants never went public with it.

and yeah, you cant really compare starbury and ocho cinco to plax. starbury is on a whole different level of shit. there arent words in the english language to express how much of a waste he is. and ocho cinco just opens his mouth about stupid things and is having a horrible season.

He had a Florida license that expired earlier this year. New York has the harshest gun laws in the US so that is why the penalty could be so huge (not saying it shouldn't be).
