Apparently the Rufio (http://www.rufiomusic.com) cover that leaked was one of a few rough drafts. This is the final version (http://www.absolutepunk.net/gallery/showimage.php?i=2123&c=7) of the cover art obtained from the band's management to clear up any confusion (you may need to hit refresh on your browser).

So they read the AP.net forums, and then just changed the colors. Leave it to the Rufio camp to be original. :headshake

I can only imagine how insignificant and boring their music must be if they read some online forums and changed their album artwork. Suburban wusses...see ya for drinks at Yard House dooodz.

If everyone judged albums on their cover art everyone would hate Taking Back Sunday (a naked baby on a road??), Fall Out Boy (neat van shot!!), Copeland (a branch.....), and probably a million others I could name if I wanted to take the 3 minutes to do so.

So until then, shut up and wait for the music.

In a recent press release, Scott Sellers revealed that Rufio will once again delay the release date of their album. Amidst the controversy of the color of their album cover, the band completely forgot to write songs for the album, leaving only song titles and 80 minutes of silence. Fans agree that it is already better than MCMLXXXV.

no offense, this is an extremely generic cover. the only change they made was to remove the red overlay they placed over the paper background. i saw rufio last week though and it brought back memories. they still kick ass.
