The earliest Ipods were so horrible. Remember when everyone was having to take them back, and then the whole battery controversy happened. lol.

And even now, my new one is all janxy, and it's not even as bad as the old ones.

well everything that this image has is what the new ipod is suppose to look like.. it should be a cylinder like the mini with a aluminan finish like the mini so it wont scratch as easly

i love the apple logo in the center of the wheel .. it would be sweet if it would light up with the backlight like on the ibooks and powerbooks

Hopefully it'll actually work.. all these new mp3 players are hideously unreliable. My iPod had a couple random freeze things where it would just stop and not do anything until the battery ran dead, and one time it wouldn't charge until I did something, I don't remember waht tho... My roommate had one, it worked for a couple weeks, then died and he had to send it in. He got a new one, and it did the same thing about 2 months later.

And I've never read a review of a Dell DJ that wasn't mixed. People love the functioning of it, I guess, but apparently they just fall apart and don't work for no reason, or the batteries die...
