Thank you, infinite, for your very valuable comment. You've enlightened me.
Moron.
NIN are very respectable and influential. Their new album is alright. It's nothing special, unfortunately, when compared to The Downward Spiral (a concept album) or The Fragile (a double album with many instrumentals).
Trent is already working on the follow up to With Teeth, however. He has also said that the direction of the material seems to be changing. That should be interesting... if it isn't released 7 years from now.

i saw them on saturday night in chicago and their show was amazing. trent's voice is still perfectly on point and studio-quality. the music was great, as usual, and the light show was spectacular. i've never seen so many strobe lights going off at once. the band is truly on point.

I'd say, "I respect your opinion", but then again, an opinion isn't an opinion unless there's reasoning and justified explanations as to why you feel the way you do. With that said, you're an idiot.

spin had a good article on trent reznor and the new nin album. I'm not a fan personally but I do have respect for him and what he does. At least his heart is in the music again.

I would expect to see one of these rappers performing in addition to NIN...

I'd give you a highfive, but I broke both my arms and am typing with my nose.
Good call though.

I don't see why MTV has a Movie Awards show. I wouldn't spend 5 minutes looking at a list of MTV's favorite movies, yet they devote a 3+ hour show to it.
