What the hell are you talking about? Have you even heard both of the song's you're comparing? The videos are similar but the songs are nothing alike.

the chord progressions are the same and the drum fills in the chorus are almost identical. pwt's also have other songs that rip off Bon Jovi's Living on a Prayer, Tom Petty's American Girl and Michael Jackson's Beat It. And then there's the Lazy day afternoon song.....*shrug*
