if it is anywhere as good as the book, then yes this movie will be amazing. Remember this is the book that Orson Wells read over the radio as like a play on Halloween and people thought a real Alien attack was happening and were starting to freak out. Oh man that just tells you how awesome this book is.

yeah it looks great. it looks like independance day with a more serious edge too it. I like what I saw in the trailers.

Yeah I'm really psyched about it, though I don't like Dakota Fanning. The scene in the trailer with the highway being torn up looks incredible. I can't wait to see this.
