Avenged Sevenfold (www.avengedsevenfold.com) have posted a new song title "Trashed And Scattered" on their site. This song is off of the band's upcoming record, City Of Evil.

This song's a bit better than "The Beast and the Harlot," vocalwise, but I still don't like it as much as their previous stuff...

Oh well, they can do what they want...

hahaha yeah right. and a band like "the makeout machines" is going to be the next big thing. i don't even listen to a7x for vocals. i just like the guitar parts.

This band was good and got a lot better. power metal is always better then the gothic/metalcore shit with tasteless screaming. They just stopped ripping AFI and started ripping off DragonForce.

I like it. It's really different coming from them, but I like it a lot. I miss the screaming, but Matt can't do that anymore.

I personally like this song. It does remind me of Dragonforce a lot, one of the best metal bands I've ever listened to. Sonic Firestorm is one of the best CD's ever :)

i like this song alot. i lik e "the beast and the harlot" as well. i personally can't wait for this new album. i think the fact that matt can't scream anymore was just a sign for the band they they needed to evolve their sound and these two songs, as well as the whole rest of the album, just make sense to me as an excellent evolution.

If by badass you mean utterly embarrassing. The 80's was the decade music, taste, and fashion forgot (with the exception of the smiths and a few others). The music scene was over-run by losers complete with big hair and even bigger egos. Everything, from the cheesy "dime a million" solos to the pathetic power ballads reeks of utter shite. I don't understand how bands such as A7X and The Darkness sell records regurgitating this crap in 2005, isn't it as obvious as a slap around the face that this music is poor, even laughable....what a fucking joke.
