Everlong is one song tho....It's my favorite song by them, but I gotta go with One By One for the album. One By One rocks so hard.

Yeah, as far as 1x1 goes [warning: rant] it's kinda hard to classify it. It has some of their best songs, All My Life, Low, Have It All. And it did have Times Like These, which Dave has said is one of the best songs he's ever written, even if I don't like it that much. Ok, so Overdrive wasn't good, and neither was Burn Away, but every band has some songs that just didn't do what they were supposed to.
Now, Dave has later said that he wasn't all that happy with 1x1, and in some degree I agree with him, but it's still a good record. Just not as good as their other records.

But All My Life has to be one of the coolest rock songs ever.




I have nothing to do today, so Im just googling Foo, and I found a little blurb about my favourite TV moment, by my favourite TV personality:

"American late-night talk show host David Letterman invited Foo Fighters to perform on his first show after undergoing heart bypass surgery in 2000, where the band played "Everlong". Letterman introduced them by proclaiming: "my favorite band, playing my favorite song"."

yeah i just downloaded one by one last week. it was the only Foo album i never gave a good shot too so far. Its realy good, but it did have something within it missing for some reason! I dont know why.
