The two best tours of the summer (in my opinion) are this and the Alkaline Trio/Rise Against tour..

The east coast doesn't get this tour at all, and we get rufio instead of Rise Against

Yeah, Acceptance won't be there on 6/11 and 6/12. I was so bummed. I am making the trip to Denver just to see them. Let's hope they don't let me down...nah, just joking. Yep. Apparently Fort Lauderdale is early enough outside their dates that they can play here and again on August 6th for Warped. I guess I should feel special.

I beieve it works like this. When a band joins Warped Tour for a selected amount of time they sign a contract with the tour, saying they won't play any surrounding areas that the Warped Tour hits so-and-so months before the tour begins. It's Warped Tour's way of securing their territory and keeping other big tours from interfering and taking some juice away from them. Don't hold me to the contract thing though... I just know Warped secures certain areas for periods of time before the tour.

I will for sure be at the El Torreon show in Kansas City. I already have my tickets. Last time Anberlin played here I hung out with Nate and Stephen before the show for about 30 minutes, and got my cd jacket and ticket stub signed by all the members.

Those dates would have to be without Saosin, being that they jump on Warped Tour, and in essence, it wouldn't exactly be the same tour if one of the headlining bands jumped off.
