dude, i don't know what to think of the transplants. some of their songs are really catchy, like that "DJ DJ" song from the first cd. i don't know... but after seeing this video. i think less of these guys. are they bragging because they make music and do drugs? it seems like all their songs have absolutely no meaning.

This song is a bit too simple for them. I have heard a new song of their's called "What I Can't Describe" and that one is completely different from everything else they've done. It's an old-school R&B song, like something Marvin Gaye might do.
As for this video, they are trying way to hard to create/promote their image as a bunch of cool, underground tough guys who hang out with equally cool, dangerous, and racially diverse people. Even if all the people in the video really are their friends, it's still too obvious what they are trying to get across with that video: look kids, this is what being cool is. Live like us.

Yeah, I was gonna try and defend it (the video) but can't really. I will defend the last album though. All shampoo commercials aside (they still play the commercial constantly in Australia) it was pretty good for the first half of the record (kinda strayed towards the end).

All this said, Gangsters & Thugs has got stuck in my head now.

For some reason, I used to hate The Transplants, but this past month or two I really have gotten into their last album, and now I love it. This new song, in my opinion, isn't really all that bad. Simple, yes...But not really bad. I hope the rest of the new album is a lot better though.

I liked the last cd when it first came out but i over played it way to much. These songs I'm hearing don't seem like they put alot of thought in it.
