they may not be the most energetic live show, but it sounded so effing close to the cd that it scared me

They have a great live sound. Not a great crowd banter though. They do play the good shit up well, though.

i thought acceptance was better than copeland live when i saw that tour. and i love copeland.
I'd tend to disagree. Acceptance is good live. But I thought Copeland was so great. Could have been an off night, though.
But anyway, yeah. Acceptance is very tight live.

i put them in the same category, both really tight and sound when they play, but usually don't get great crowd energy. turns into a watchfest.

I dunno, Copeland got the crowd going. I mean, obviously there wasn't any moshing or anything, but the crowd was definitely into it.

i've seen it both ways, i've seen a copeland show where everyone left sweaty and i've seen one where i had a foot all around me and only heads were bobbing...same with acceptance. i've never seen anyone even move at a mae show.
acceptance is sweet. I haven't seen them in a while though, but i'm sure they still are. It was a little weird that the dude kept leaving on me (i was front row), but it happens.

every acceptance show I've ever been to the crowd has been way into it and they've owned the stage. great live show, very accurate sound to CD, and Jason's voice is pure and strong.

Haha yeah. I've seen Mae 3 times, and all three times it was amazingly still and quiet in the crowd. Like, disturbingly still.

i think basically the same thing. The vocals and music are on par with their recordings. Really clear and crisp. Low energy though. I like a good mix. Play your music reasonably, but jump off a speaker or somethin...i don't mind if u miss a cord or your voice cracks.
There are just some bands that i love, but i may not go see when they tour just cause there's not much too watch.

I thought they were amazing. I personally thought they showed up Copeland at the show I was at.. but Aaron was sick.

I just went to the mae concert monday and i think about everyone was sweaty from jumpin around and stuff to mae..... they started out strong but yeah the longer they played the slower it got.. but yeah i also saw the copeland acceptance concert.... acceptance has energy the problem is since the new cd wasnt out not many people knew the songs so when they dont know the songs people just stand around.... and yes acceptance put on an awsome live performance

I thought so, too. I thought they were great live, even if they're not very energetic. It was still an enjoyable performance. Jason is probably one of my favorite vocalists ever, especially live.
