if i'm in my computer room, MTV because i only have cable in here. in my living room or at my g/f's house, it's all about Fuse, she has DirecTV and i have digital cable in my living room and Fuse is about 100000x better than MTV

Neither. MTV generally sucks and I don't watch too much tv while I'm at school. I don't get Fuse either at school or at home. But when I'm home I like to watch MTV2. I miss MTVX dearly.

i despise both. fuse does play better music but they are very bad at exploiting bands. Don't deny it. They know kids watch it to get "new" bands so they use the bands by saying that they care about music. Truth be told, they don't give a shit. It was made clearly evident when Matchbook Romance was on IMX for the first time and Fuse called them Matchbox Romance, yet they were allegedly "in love" with this "cool, new band."

I watch both, but I honestly watch MTV more, not for music, I watch a lot of the shows. The only show I find out about new music from is Subterranian.

I hate MTV because is all about a bunch of pretty people, on pretty shows, doing pretty things. Its no longer about the music, its all about shaping young adults in to young consumers. I feel like all I get when I turn it on is this feeling that my thoughts and likes are being sold, and that I'm not good enough to be a young adult because I'm not as "hot" as some of the girls on MTV. I think that FUSE tries really hard, but I don't get that same icky feeling while I'm watching it, and they actually play videos by bands I actually like. Thats always good.. MUSIC ON A MUSIC STATION... if feels so novel.. lol
