Number One Fan (http://www.numberonefanonline.com) are currently in the studio writing/recording their follow-up to Compromises. Check out an official statement from the band below, as well as some studio photos:

"As you know, we don't like to take many breaks. We have played over 300 shows in 18 months touring "Compromises", and we figured its about time to work on the next record! So we've been spending a good portion of time in a cabin in the north woods of wisconsin, writing and preparing for what is to come. We are many miles from civilization, so the only distraction are the many guns lying around (yes, we love guns, we're from wisconsin). We've dropped in some pics below to show you what it's like.

So far things are going amazingly, and we're extremely excited to show you what we've been working on for so long. We will be spending the majority of our summer at work, but we promise to hit the road as soon as we can. Maybe we can crack out a couple new ones! "--Number One Fan

This band is amazing, saw them in Spokane washington, they really appreciated their fans, and it was nice to know it when a band loves doing what they do. they were with armor for sleep, it was a great concert, props to NOF,

I must say, I saw them at Warped last year cause I was waiting for the Matches, and they really shit it up, although they had a hot chick carrying around a box of cd's in the crowd trying to sell them, which was pretty amusing.
