This story started when a chubby kid walked down the street,
He was on his way to school, staring at his feet,
A new kid on the block, scared and helpless, he
Just minded his own business, never wanting any beef,
Fearfully, he fast passed by this clique,
He felt this energy fall over him, a stupid thing,
He wasn’t supposed to look left, but in the end he did,
They came up to him, sarcastically: “look at this fat kid”,
They started pushing, shouting things, talking trash at him,
Making threads, that’s when bad things start happening,
The kid, 12 years old asked the guys polite:
“please leave me alone, please back off, alright?”
The guys laughed at these pathetic words the kid cried
“You want to get a beating, don’t you, boy, aint that right?”
The kid looked up, tears flowing out his eyes,
His lip trembling, he’s knees weak, his head light,
A tall guy walked up:” what you staring at?”
And before he knew it, he was knocked down,
By 5 guys, being kicked in the head

C:
That’s how they treat you round here,
That’s how they beat you down here,
A million people walk by, but won’t do anything,
They rather mind their lives, even if you there helplessly,
Getting hell in its worse form, endlessly

V2:
That’s when the cops came,
The guys fled away,
The boy was out cold, bleeding from his eyes and his ears,
The ambulance came, taking the boy away,
They feared for his life, knowing, death comes quick here,
That’s how they feed you here,
That’s how they beat you right here,
A life of violence is the price you pay for being down here,
They boy got rushed away, straight to the hospital,
The parents scared as hell, their boy’s away, far from home,
They praised god he was asleep, so he didn’t feel a thing,
Doctors were surprised, that he survived this brutal fight he was in,
The boy recovered within 3 months from the day he fell,
A part of him died those months, the part that died went straight to hell,
He was never the same, this hatred moved him,
To grab whatever he could, to go after them,
He went the wrong way, wrong friends, made the wrong choice,
But he didn’t care, as long as he got his revenge on the boys

V3:
The years passed fast, his hatred never changed,
He got 3 down, 2 to go, he was outraged,
He made his way to the 4th, he saw him walking by,
His face engraved on his brain, he went out of his mind
He ran towards him, the guy looked up stunned,
He saw the bat in his hand, he was about to get jumped,
But the boy stopped suddenly, his eyes wide open,
A baby girl screaming daddy, he knew the fight was over,
The guy fell to his knees, hugging his daughter tight,
With tears in his eyes, he saw the guy cry,
If it wasn’t for her, he would surely die,
He praised the lord on his knees, that it was not his time,

He spend a lot of time, suppressing the memories
Of being so angry, for being so hated,
A lot of times, He wished that others would see,
That this life was no happy ending,
The boy grew up to be like me
