Fight Club is the first that came to mind.
oh yeah! i remember there being a bond movie with pierce brosnan where another 007 turns out to be bad but i forgot what it's called?

There's no secret Daniel Plainview is a bad guy. But since he's the hero of this story, I think it fits.

My first thought was Juno--- Jason Bateman's character. I feel like Diablo Cody made him the bad guy in the relationship.
