Did anyone read the article in National Geographic that as of 2009 there will be a city in Sahara that is driven only by the sun :) Lots of energy, no exhaust, transportations by bike or foot. The streets will be narrow so there is more shadow so people don't need to refresh themselves and waste water. And the water waste we normally spill will be recycled to water plants etc.
And then there were a city in Treasure Island by 2020.
And somewhere near Shanghai with a city with room for half a million people by 2010.
Does anyone want to move there? I bet it would feel awesome living in a totally green city. Imagine raising a child there.
