Sleepwell (http://www.purevolume.com/sleepwell)'s debut album will be produced by Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, The All-American Rejects).

any idea of when the album is set to be released? and will the be redoing any of the old songs or are they all new??? Dearly Departed is one of my most played on itunes, has been for a while now

these guys are super cool - and can definitely rock, this record should be amazing considering the producer they are working with. props to them.

Holy balls. That's huge. It freaks me out when I think about the fact that a.) Sleepwell lives 25 minutes away from me, b.) Sleepwell is comprised of members my age, and c.) my band has played with Sleepwell countless times, and the fact that Sleepwell is signed to Geffen, is having Howard Benson produce their debut album, and is gonna be fucking huge this time next year.

Howard Benson is an awesome producer. He did Less Than Jakes "Hello Rockview" record, one of my favourite albums of all time. He's actually producing the new LTJ record as well, and having heard the new songs, I have high hopes for it.

they're most likely goin to leave for LA this coming august through september to begin recording. most likely the album wil drop around this time next year, perhaps later. they should have an EP coming out sometime before they leave. the tracks on the album are still up in the air right now, dearly departed will most likely be on it due to its popularity already. definitely go see them at as many shows as you can before they leave for cali! they will have several new songs out through these upcoming months!!
