So as I reported yesterday before this was even typed up, here's the official newsletter:

The Used (http://www.theused.net) and Glassjaw (http://www.glassjaw.net) have confirmed plans for a U.S. tour for mid-August. Dates, venues and support will be announced shortly. The Used will head out on the International Taste of Chaos tour hitting Mexico, Australia, Japan, the UK, and Germany starting October 16th and running through November 20th. The line-up will also include Story Of The Year, Killswitch Engage, Rise Against and Funeral For A Friend.

Um, well, that wasn't really my point, now was it? I was calling out the fact I didn't get this from a newsletter as someone tried to lead others to believe and mock me in the process. I don't recall saying anything along the lines of a galaxy exploding, the sun setting earlier in the day, astreoids hitting the earth, etc. because of my cat like posting. Find a stool, flip it over and sit on that end.

oh great, now we can all get excited, wait months to see the living legends known as the glassjaw and then have the tour cancelled at the last minute when daryl ends up in the hospital. its gonna be like the time i sat on a nofx ticket for 6 months because of 9/11. only nofx has the decency to update their fans. my faith in glassjaw is fading by the day. i hope they do something...anything, for their fans or they might not have some of them soon. as sad as i am to say it, i may be one of the deserters.... :huh:
