Randy (Finch) did say something about Jason Tate leaking the album, as that's what he was told had happened. However, he meant it as an actual thank you. The band wants everyone to go and check out the album and see how they've changed, they don't care about album sales and only want you to buy it if you like it. So, don't feel bad downloading it. Also, Tate didn't leak it, that waste of human being Jon Wark did... man do we love him. Lastly, Say Hello To Sunshine hits stores on June 7th.

I think you can still tell this record is Finch, but I think you can also tell they've matured in their songwriting process, their taste in music and have learned how to play their instruments (even better). The thing with the different vocal stylings and lyrics is cool. That's just my opinion, though. Standout tracks: "Ink", "Bitemarks..", "Fireflies"

The whole album is a lot more math, more technical, and for that reason it's going to have longer lasting value for me. Right now, it's about a 7/10 for me, but it's way early.

Randy (Finch) did say something about Jason Tate leaking the album, as that's what he was told had happened. However, he meant it as an actual thank you. The band wants everyone to go and check out the album and see how they've changed, they don't care about album sales and only want you to buy it if you like it. So, don't feel bad downloading it. Also, Tate didn't leak it, that waste of human being Jon Wark did... man do we love him. Lastly, Say Hello To Sunshine hits stores on June 7th.
What proof do you have that Jon was the source to this leak? Do you a source to prove it? Did Randy tell you Jon leaked the album? If you have no way to prove this then that is a serious accusation. Im not perfect, Wark sure as hell isnt perfect, Jason Tate... I dont even know that dude aside from that he runs this site but chances are he isnt perfect. Did you ever read this website when Wark worked here? Wark constantly talked about Finch, hanging out with The Bled (who remembers the infamous "The Bled are Drunk" news post?) The point is that he used to mention that stuff online all the time, that's why people comment on it, that's why we all KNOW that stuff, because he said it online a lot... I've made amends with Wark, I don't really have a problem with him, he's a tool sometimes and we bicker, but whatever. It's all good. He actually introduced me to a really kick ass band, Crystal Skulls.

Thank you for actually posting something constructive. It's far better than anything I may have said. No one is perfect, Jon is a great person and for people here to tear his character down by emphasizing his ties isn't right and for the certain members of the staff to accuse him of leaking Finch's new album was/is even worse. Jon is well respected by many people in the industry and should be. He has helped more artist than you could count. This will likely be my last post here for the little I have contributed but I can not continue posting here there by support this site and will for now on be at DecoyMusic.com

I have yet to hear any reply from Jake Wallace on the accusation made about Jon leaking Say Hello to Sunshine and probly never will. A small handful were on here at the time of the leak and me being one of them. I was witness to the thread started by Jason Tate containing "Let the discussion begin" and was shortly there after removed to cover his ass from being the sole contributor and source of the leak.

The worse thing is Jon is having to take a lot of cheap shots here and has no way to defend himself since his account usage was removed. Quite sleezy in my opinion.
