I'm all for having a plan in life and finishing up school, going to college, etc., but my god. My teachers have been bagging on me this entire year. I got a D on my progress report because of ONE test, and just when I think my parents have started to trust me a bit more and think of me as more "mature" [in some ways] I get grounded. I'm so stoked summer's comming up. "BRING IT".

exactly. You people constantly complain that school is a "prison"...that it fails you...as cheesy as this sounds...you fail yourself...you choose not to sit down with yourself and do the work and then you complain when you have to pay the price. People berate our educational system because of people like this...we have the resources to succeed but we take it for granted. One day I hope you realize that this is your only way to get a future...you're not gonna make it with some band...you're not gonna become a pro-skater...
the only person you can lean back on in life is yourself...you're the only one watching out for you...don't fuck yourself.

I disaggree. Do whatever the fuck you want. It's you're life. If you don't feel like being controlled by the system, fuck school and don't go. Don't ever fucking tell someone they can't do something.
